CyberWeek 2022
We will kick CyberWeek off on October 31st with a welcome from the Center, and my keynote address. The theme of the week is ODR Beyond Commerce, with panels and programs on a wide variety of dispute resolution modes using technology, in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. In addition to the Keynote, during the week I will participate in or host panels on Ethics, EU privacy regulation, labor arbitration, and the Universal Disclosure Protocol for Mediation (UDPM).
