Coming up over the next couple of months are a number of lectures, discussion, projects, and appearances that will happen in person and via web video.
I will address ODR and arbitration for a class on arbitration for the Hamline University School of Law on September 20.
On September 28, I will discuss ODR and public policy with a class at the University of Massachusetts – Amherst.
In October I will begin working with Центр медиации и права, the Center for Mediation and Law in Moscow – the online training will address issues related to integrating ODR into their work with divorce and family mediation across Russia.
On November 14, I will speak to a graduate class at Georgetown University on issues related to conflict and dispute resolution in organizations, and the role that ICT can play in organizational conflict.
