Holistic Solutions, Inc. (HSI) is a consulting organization dedicated to helping individuals, teams, and organizations address complex challenges.
HSI was founded in 1996 by Daniel Rainey and Julia Morelli as a home for their practices in conflict engagement, online dispute resolution, and the internal arts.
Julia Morelli’s practice integrates over twenty-five years of work as a mediator, facilitator, manager, and consultant helping organizations and individuals with conflict engagement, diversity and inclusion, and stress management. She uses a mind-body informed coaching and development style, incorporating mindfulness, yoga, qigong, and embodied awareness where appropriate, while also leveraging organizational development and communication strategies.
Daniel Rainey’s practice focuses on conflict engagement, mediation, and online dispute resolution, helping individuals and organizations address disputes constructively. He integrates technology with facilitative techniques to create effective, accessible, and sustainable solutions across workplace, community, and international settings.
