With Colin Rule, Daniel co-designed the online dispute resolution course for the master’s degree program at Creighton. Instructor of that course from 2012 through 2015; instructor of courses in mediation from 2013 through 2016.

Note: The ODR course at Creighton was the first required course on technology and dispute resolution in a US graduate program.

With colleagues from the National Mediation Board collaborative design of the dispute resolution program at Dominican University, in Chicago, Illinois – 2013-2016.

Instructor of the ODR course for the McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific, Sacramento, California – 2018-2022.

Instructor – the first university online dispute resolution course in the world. The course was designed and originally taught by Ethan Katsh – 2004.
