Some publishing highlights:

After a sponsored tour of West German media in 1980, Daniel wrote an essay for the radio and television journal of the Hans-Bredow Institute in Hamburg – “Religion on the Air” – published in German: “Religion durch den Ather: Die rechtliche Kontrolle über die elektronische Kirche in den USA,” Rundfunk und Fernsehen, Hans-Bredow Institute, 30 Jahrgang 1982/2, pp. 148-163.

In 2012, Ethan, Mohamed, and Daniel published the first edition of ODR: Theory and Practice with Eleven International Publishing, based in The Hague. This book was a compilation of essays from ODR experts around the world. Daniel was one of the editors and a contributing essayist on the development of theory, culture, and government. The second edition was published in 2021, also with Eleven International Publishing. Daniel served as editor-in-chief and contributing essayist on ethics and culture.

Author (2022) of this guide to using technology for diverse dispute engagement work, with Eleven International.

In collaboration with Leah Wing, Scott Cooper, and Chris Draper, Daniel co-authored and published this treatise on the “control” of artificial intelligence with Brill Publishers, Leiden, Netherlands.
