Some publishing highlights:

1982 – First international publication: “Religion durch den Ather: Die rechtliche Kontrolle über die elektronische Kirche in den USA,” Rundfunk und Fernsehen, Hans-Bredow Institute, 30 Jahrgang 1982/2, pp. 148-163. After a sponsored tour of West German media, I wrote an essay for the radio and television journal of the Hans-Bredow Institute in Hamburg – “Religion on the Air” – published in German.

In 2012, Ethan, Mohamed, and I published the first edition of ODR: Theory and Practice with Eleven International Publishing, based in The Hague. The book was a compilation of essays from ODR experts from around the world. I was one of the editors, and I contributed essays on the development of theory, culture, and government. In 2021, the second edition was published, also with Eleven. I was the chief editor and contributed essays on ethics, and culture.

From 2014 through 2024 I was the editor in chief of the journal, and a frequent contributor of essays to the journal.

In 2022 I published this guide to using ODR technology for all kinds of dispute resolution, still with Eleven International.

In 2025, Leah, Scott, Chris, and I published this treatise on the “control” of artificial intelligence with Brill publishers, in Leiden, Netherlands.
